Welcome to 3M Limo. By accessing our website and utilizing our chauffeured transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

  • To secure a booking, clients must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and scheduling details through our online booking system or via an authorized representative.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the estimated trip cost.

  • If a passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup location within the allocated grace period (30 minutes for domestic flights/standard pickups, 60 minutes for international flights) without notifying us, the ride will be marked as a “No-Show” and fully charged.

3. Passenger Conduct and Damage

  • 3M Limo maintains a strict non-smoking and non-vaping policy inside all fleet vehicles.

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any physical damage caused to the vehicle by them or their guests during the duration of the rental (including detailed cleaning fees for excessive mess or spills).

4. Liability Limitations

  • While we strive for absolute punctuality, 3M Limo is not responsible for travel delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, unexpected road construction, gridlock traffic, or flight delays.
